Monitoring and Service Level Agreement

Monitoring is more than knowing if a system is up and running. It is maintaining a data warehouse with appropriate statistics and information from the past to the present. So first you can use it and analyze long running or periodical problems, or with the right tool like our SQL-IMS/SLA you can export information from SLA for internal or external usage.
Our SLA tool is used at IBM Switzerland and Austria to fulfill and document SLA for approximately a few hundred servers.
